Oven does not heat up above 150deg

Options
Hello,
My Neff electric oven no longer heats beyond 150degrees. I changed the back element (I tested it: 23 ohms) as the previous one stopped working. When the oven is set on fan cooking, the element turns red and heats up to 150deg (thermostat light turns off if I set it lower than 150deg) but once at 150deg the element turns back to black and thermostat light stays on above 150deg. The main back fan turns at full speed. The cooling fan at the top turns too. So it seems the element, the thermostat and the fan are working. I do not know what is stopping the element beyond 150deg. Might you have an idea/suggestion?
Regards,
