Hi,
I’d appreciate some help.
I received a response from CEL to my recent appeal against a parking ticket for this car park. I used the letter template from this forum that first mentioned the signage wasn’t clear enough. Then I said the driver was not identified therefore I can’t be liable as the keeper. I asked for photo evidence which CEL sent it shows the car but can’t see the driver.
They said my appeal wasn’t successful. Under schedule 4 Of the protection of freedom act 2012 if you fail to provide the full, correct name of the driver and their current address for service, you may become liable for the full amount due as the registered keeper of the vehicle.
...
What can I do from here?
Many thanks.

This is not your thread, so no posts here please.
Start your own new thread, but NOT asking whether to do POPLA or how to do POPLA.
Start your own thread to show us your POPLA appeal draft, copied from any other CEL POPLA thread...(search the forum).
NO REPLY HERE PLEASE - this is not a general thread for anyone's case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
