Mortgage with CIFAS Marker

Hi
I have CIFAS marker against my name. CIFAS category is "Insurance Claim Fraud".
My mortgage is due to renew in few months time, would this CIFAS marker affect getting me a new deal for the mortgage.
My Credit score is 999, no CCJ, no criminal record, earning decent money as well.
If someone is in the same situation or an underwriter or have expertise in this area, then please reply.
Thanks

If you remain with your existing lender. Then will be a switch of product that if done online will require no checks. Remortgaging to a new lender would perform full checks.0
