Whilst we feel that the parking charge was correctly issued and that we were following the guidelines and enforcement controls agreed with our client, we have decided in this instance to cancel the parking charge as a gesture of goodwill.

    " correctly issued" ?????

REALLY, what a load of rubbish

Their masters told them what to do and they obeyed

    Scammers don't do goodwill

    Well done

a day later the management company responded, and said they would look into this, including another dept / manager.

2 days after this we get a response from management company - they're going to get this cancelled on this occasion.
    ...

This is what makes me sick as far as the PPC's clients are concerned. They should have gone on their hands and knees apologising and promising to make sure that anybody else who has had a ticket issued under the same circumstances would have theirs' cancelled too, and that they would give firm instructions to the PPC as to their future conduct.

The fact that they do so little when their agents act atrociously makes it clear that they don't care at all about customers. They are as much to blame in all this as the PPCs.

Glad the ticket got cancelled but it should never have been issued in the first place.

    We wish, we wish

Most were probably the school bully and grew up
learning how to scam people and such joy when
they discovered the parking clamp, now banned.

They toddled off into parking lots and have been
    scamming ever since.

Now government is involved, we will see a change
and we will be able to whoop the scammers easily
