There is only one blue text appeal in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and it does indeed mention poor signage.

Just send it as it is. Make no attempt to change it or add to it.

Thank you guys, I guess it will have to be in a separate email then as their appeal page won't let me add anything other than my reg and PCN number

nothing, unless I click the submit button I guess, then I assume the page will "disappear"

Once you get over that hurdle a new page should appear!

Investigation
All enquires are considered on an individual basis with reference to the parking area's displayed Conditions of Use. The decision to accept or reject an enquiry is made solely upon the basis of the evidence. You must therefore supply any evidence you have that supports your representation. We aim to notify you of our decision within 28 days from receipt of the appeal.

If accepted

(b) no charge is payable.

If rejected

Woodwart, you might want to edit post #28 to remove you car's reg.no. and your PCN number.

It is important.
The parking companies trawl forums like this waiting for people to trip themselves up.

Post #5 still need editing, as suggested by Redx earlier.

Ok I guess your patience is wearing thin but I told you the problem I have and sitting here alone means I have no help either. I gather it must be frustrating for you but believe me, nothing compared to what I have to go through daily. I will copy and paste said letter and send that in the form and hope it does the trick.
Patience is appreciated, or did I repeat that already.
