    You still haven't explained why my behaviour is in question when you're mentioning the use of physical violence and intimidation to resolve a dispute but hey ho.

    I have no desire to be thanked by you and have even less wish to be credited by you for anything.

    I've come to the conclusion that your contributions are some sort of entertainment for you so i'm going to stop replying to you directly but will continue to comment about your contributions for other's benefit.
