No KID/KIID documents available for the ETFs in which I would like to invest
I know this is an old thread, but the subject is still current. There is a way around it if one has access to options and the wanted ETF is optionable.
The regulation forbid buying it but not holding it.

It is a pain.
I wanted to buy the ITA Aerospace and Defence ETF, but couldn't.
This really is a pain for QQQ - one of the biggest ETFs in the world. There is EQQQ now, which is a partial solution, but you can't buy/sell live in the evenings since the London market is closed. Ridiculous that you can now buy things such as AAP3 just by answering a few questions (which you can lie about if you want), but not QQQ which is very much safer.
