Service manual JL110 sewing machine

I’m looking for a service manual (not instructions) for the John Lewis JL110 which may be similar to the janome jr1012?

The machine has a problem with the tension that I’m attempting to fix.

Bit harsh Chino - there is stuff in the linked instructions about "tenson".
