Internal Window Trim

Hi I’m looking for some help/advice.
I have picked up the keys for my new flat today and started on clearing the living room for redecoration which includes removing a dedo rail. I noticed that whoever installed it has cut into the plastic/uPVC trim that runs around the interior of the window frame and by removing the rail ther will be a big gap.
Is this trim something that I can buy and install myself or is it only something proper window fitters will be able to install?

It’s probably there as they are replacement windows. You can buy new trim and fit it yourself.0
