I can't read that actual transfer because it's not provided on the Land Registry website. The only other documents available there are the Title Plan and the Flood Risk Indicator.
However, I know that that transfer is identical to the transfer of every other house on the estate.
So I guess the question is answered: the second owners of the house ARE bound by the restrictive covenants which bound the first owners of the house.
