I have just had this come up on my android mobile while using chrome.
There is an add that says
Warning my mobile is infected and has a virus. Continue with instructions and then a countdown clock starts at 4m 50 secs
Wont let me get rid of it. Avast scanned and shows nothing

yeah, seen it on chrome on android a lot recently, use Opera Mini or Firefox instead
