Statements from a closed account?

Options
Hi all

Just wondered what the easiest way (if its possible) was to request statements from a Natwest account that was closed a few years ago? I need the statements from 2010-2013 but I don't know if I can even go back that far?
Just trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:

Write to them and ask for a subject access request then they’ll provide you with what ever account transactions they have for you.

    It’ll cost you £10.00.

Contact Natwest head office, or go into a branch and ask for them to contact them on your behalf by sending a internal message asking for duplicate statements on a closed account.

You may find it difficult to get statements for 2010 though as most banks only have access going back six years, (the legal requirement to keep details) but you should be okay for the later dates.
