Rights when buying ex-display goods?

Hi, I’m considering buying an ex-display Neff oven which has a couple of small cosmetic dents to the rear and which, needless to say, is considerably less than the normal RRP.
Please could anyone tell me whether the normal manufacturers’ warranty should still apply, and if my consumer rights are in any way other affected? The retailer says the appliance is tested and in full working order, so I assume they must legally refund me if it’s not?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

You'd need to ask the retailer if a manufacturer's warranty is included. (It's only really the retailer that can tell you what they are including in the price.)
In general, your consumer rights won't be affected. The retailer says the appliance is tested and in full working order, so I assume they must legally refund me if it’s not?
If they've said it's tested and in full working order but it isn't - it would be breach of contract/misrepresentation - and normal contract law and consumer law applies. (So you would have the usual rights to a refund, repair etc.)0 -
You have the same statutory rights as anyone else. The warranty is not a statutory right so you need something in writing from the retailer to confirm whether you have a warranty or not.0
