I’ve not read all of this as there is some rubbish been written but someone has said the council with move it if your car is in there, can you not just say it is and let them move it.

If you don’t need to get in the garage I’d would just leave it a few days but if you need to get into the garage I would just move it how ever you see fit.
  • There was me thinking that all the kids had gone back to school but obviously I'm mistaken as no reasonably intelligent adult would keep posting/bickering in the way that Warwick Hunt & scd3scd4 are doing.
  • Sorry Warwick Hunt & scd3scd4 but all your childish bickering is doing is cluttering up this thread with useless posts that are no help to OP whatsoever, I've reported them to the mods so they can hopefully delete the lot.
  • Write a 'letter before action' sent Signed For to owner of the driveway, giving him 72 hours to restore your access rights.

That’s ok as long as the area outside the OP’s garage isn’t his.

This sounds exactly like the normal behaviour of someone who has a problem and decides to solve it by making it a problem for someone else..

Can't you just hitch a towrope to it and drag it out the way with a good diesel motor? A rwd t350 transit van or similar?

Yep try a tow or even a push.

    How about this.................https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxil_sCtTAI

Most people would not put up with it as they need their cars and garage. Like I said. I know what I would do after a couple of days. Interested how this pans out.

Mot expired, no insurance. It is taxed though. HN02 YUR
15 year old Peugeot, no mot, knackered clutch and uninsured (while being driven?) Have you tried phoning the number? If you don't get an answer or a positive response I would assume its abandoned.
