There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on [Wednesday 28th February 2018]. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and their details will be passed onto the Promoter, who will give the winner details of how to accept the prize. Failure by the winner to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the ANL's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
6. The prize is a two night, three day holiday package to Disneyland Paris for the winner and one guest which includes:
a. two nights’ accommodation, including continental breakfast, based on the winner and one guest sharing one standard room at a Disney Resort Hotel (excluding Disneyland Hotel) chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion;
b. return transport to Disneyland Paris by:
i. Eurostar in Standard class direct to Disneyland Paris or via Lille from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International; or
ii. an economy class return flight from selected regional airports (to be confirmed by the Prize Administrator) to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and transfers from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to Disneyland Paris;
c. Three Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park for the winner and guest; and
d. meal vouchers to cover three lunches and two dinners for the winner and the guest during the holiday.
7. The prize does not include: spending money, transfers in the UK, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, travel insurance, any applicable taxes incurred by the winner and guest in claiming or using the prize or any other incidentals or associated costs. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas for travel.
8. Prize must be booked with the Prize Administrator and taken by no later than 29 April 2019 and all dates and accommodation are subject to availability. Any booking requests must be made at least 60 days’ before the winner’s preferred departure date. Additional restrictions may apply and certain dates are not permitted (to be confirmed by the Prize Administrator). The winner and guest must travel to and from Disneyland together using the same route.
9. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Promoter.
10. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold, traded, re-scheduled or refunded and are subject to availability. Prize is as stated. No cash alternative or alternative prize available. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
11. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
12. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites.
