Notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing )

Hi can you help please . I have received an Notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing )
Do i need to do anything with this ? it gives a date that the claimant has to pay a trail fee , then a hearing date . will i get to know if they have paid ? do they tend to pay CEL ? .
Any help advise thank you

    Look for the date for the exchange of Witness Statements. It is usually 14 days before the hearing but you should check around paragraph 6.

    You need to do a Witness Statement and send it to the court and to Civil Enforcement. But I'd wait until they have paid the hearing fee.

    Often these companies drop out when they have to part with more money for the hearing fee or for booking an Elms rent-a-mouth.

    Call the court a few days after the date by which they should pay.

    Also ask the mods to merge this with your other thread
