Student Loan Repayment

At the current rate of repayment I will have paid off my student loan within a couple of years.
I was trying to investigate whether it would be worth paying off in 1 lump sum.
Is it possible to negotiate with the student loans company to pay off the full amount for a slightly reduced amount?

You can pay it off if you want but you will pay the full amount of the loan plus interest until it paid.
So you won't pay interest after it is paid off.0
