Anyone know about this problem (for me) of Chrome not working when trying to log in to rbsdigital?
Can't even get from the RBS site what telephone no. to phone about digital banking (if anyone has this please let me know). Theire ask a question is totally dumb (can only answer a handful of questions and when it says it has 0 replies it asks you to modify your question (i.e. you can only ask it the limited no. of questions it can answer

I had the same problem with Natwest, which was solved by deleting the Natwest cookies in Chrome.0

my login has been getting worse over the last few weeks now t won't let me in at all.
The error I get is:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
Java is enabled, cookies cleared etc. However it works from IE and Mozilla. Tried web chat two days ago but they were useless.0 -
Sorted by deleting specific RBS cookies0

I've deleted all cookies once already. How do I find RBS specific ones ?0

I did it by googling "how to delete specific cookies"0

I've had a real problem with Natwest over the last week or so. Every time I want to log in, I get the error described above and have to delete the Natwest cookies before I can get in. This was originally just affecting Chrome, but now Edge is playing up as well.0

For what it's worth - I find if I tick the box to remember my customer number then next time I go to log in I get the errors described above and have to delete the cookies. If I don't tick to remember my customer number it all seems to work properly.
This is Natwest but I suspect RBS may be the same.0
