wrong registration number on PCN, please help

I hope you are well
I have found parking PCN ticked from (CPM - Uk car park managment, BPA, IPC member)
I found on it wrong REG on it , instead "M" is "W". They also have a photo evidence.
Following the advice from the forum I have ignore the PCN.
(I have checked payticked. website to confirm an error, I have screenshot with wrong details aswell).
I have received from them Formal Demant. with the same ticket number but with corrected by them Reg number, I have found on the website they also change REG number to correct one.
I have PCN from my windscreen and screenshot from the website.
Could you please give me advice how to appel.

It has long been suspected that incorrect details are deliberately put on a NTD in the hope that someone will be daft enough to contact the scammers and give away the driver's details.
Just use the IPC template from the NEWBIES thread as it is.
You could carefully add that the details on the NTD don't mirror the details on the NTK and therefore does not meet the strict requirements of the POFA 2012, but it won't make any difference to the result. It will still be rejected.
The NEWBIES tells you what to do if/when your initial appeal is rejected.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You didn’t get that advice from the forum - not since 2012. Where did you really get it from?Following the advice from the forum I have ignore the PCN.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I have received Letter from CPM
" We apologize for the administration error when the PCN was created, I can confirm now that the vehicle registration has now been amended. However the DVLA have confirmed you as registered keeper of the vehicle therefore as you were parked in breach of the terms and conditions you are still liable for the above charge."
Also the letter has wrong middle name letter and my surname was incorrect one letter.
What I should to do now?

What are they alleging you, or rather, the driver of your car, have done wrong?0

The NtK MUST repeat the info on the NtD, otherwise it cannot possibly meet the requirements of POFA to hold the keeper liable.

Vehicle was parked in front of gate entrance of residential estate (few meters before information board) . The reason is as follows: No parking on access roads / roadways.0
