Have just been looking at another thread discussing people having various issues logging on at various banks ??
Don't have another browser or access to one ( except maybe at a Library ) .....Yes might have to ring them if I can't figure out the problem.0 -
Both £1.01 still showing on parents accounts.
Can you advice if you actually had to send proof of your driving licence or passport? or just send your signatures.0 -

I just went through this for myself and both parents and it asked for id for my mother. All it needed was details from the driving licence and no photographic evidence. It took a few seconds.0 -
After being accepted on Thursday evening I have been able to log in to my newly opened NW Reward account today. Is it too early to order myself a card reader? (I haven't received my debit card etc yet through the post).0

I have done this for the last ten years on Internet Explorer without any problems.

Just tried natwest web chat 30 mins later unfortunately no help whatsoever,didn't seem to even acknowledge the problem I have.Went round the houses and back again.
They said it takes 2 working days to open account ??? But others on here seem to have logged on more or less straight away after application accepted.
I asked repeatedly for an IT/Tech support no,chat adviser just ignored and eventually gave me the generic personal acc natwest no.0 -
Just opened a select account and switched an old account to it. Quick £125.0

I am an existing customer due to having a joint account. But I want to switch in another single account from elsewhere. Can I switch this into the joint account or do I have to set up another single account with NatWest first to switch into? Or apply as a new customer?0
