    I received the same. Called them, you have to wait for the pack where they ask you to sign the document (as they want a copy of your signature) and send it back. Once done they will open the account.

    Spoke too soon! may be that no docs required - I will hear from them in 3-5 days
    Never had a bean from them for all the years and years I banked there- hopefully a payout finally!

    OK thanks. I just applied for my NW Reward there and it all went through ok after being prompted to enter Credit Card and Driver's Licence details. I can only think my wife must have got one of her security/financial details wrong on her NW Select application?
