Hi, do you guys know this lot:
    privateparkingappeals.co.uk

They've gone "quiet" on me - this was the lot who took on the appeal (as per my 2nd post above). I'm wondering if they're legit?

    Oh dear.

    See : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5567566

(It seems they make their customers sign a vow of silence and don't go public with any complaints!)
  • Yeah, just seen a whole load of negative reviews on TrustPilot - you'd think I'd have learned by now (slaps himself again).

The problem with parking tickets is there's such a high level of emotion (righteous indignation!) involved, which causes one to react without thinking. I definitely did, hastily sending off an appeal to the PCC and then POPLA without doing the proper research on here.

Stop (literally?!) beating yourself up about it. Don't give them that power over you. It's not over till its over, and every time someone fights is a time they don't get to win easily, if (hopefully!) at all.

    Good luck :)
