Which email? The CEC?
I think that is the only way to contact them.

In sending emails do you also send a copy to yourself ? That would confirm its been sent.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

I've done just that. I am with Scottish Power and switched via CEC to a different Scottish Power tariff that was not available on SP's website.
All done and dusted in 3 days.0
