  • I've been trying to send a message to this email today. Is there any other way of getting in touch?

    Which email? The CEC?
I think that is the only way to contact them.
You say you are trying? Does that imply it is failing? If so, what failure response are you getting?

    What response are you expecting?

In sending emails do you also send a copy to yourself ? That would confirm its been sent.

Not sure you can actually use CEC to switch tariffs with the same supplier ???

I've done just that. I am with Scottish Power and switched via CEC to a different Scottish Power tariff that was not available on SP's website.

All done and dusted in 3 days.
