Thanks to Martin for saving me money on my travel insurance. I have just bought an annual policy via MoneySupermarket (because that's where I had to go for the deal on Martin's advice) and I just picked up a policy for £30.50 - better than the renewal quote I had from UIA.

Hi everyone, im new to moneysavingexpert, and im already loving all the info and help!i was charged a ludicrous £150 in one go by (the evil) HSBC for going over my overdraft recently, and thanks to inspiration to go for it by Martin, i pestered the bank loads over the phone (led to nothing) and then went in to complain, speaking to the manager of the branch. She informed me of the legal case that is going on at the moment, and hence they will not refund charges until it is over...however, i persisted with my complaint...and 5 days letter receive a letter of apology and my money back in my account! wahey! this is just the beginning....
Charges refunded to date- HSBC £150
Freebies- Simple skincare products, L'Oreal moisturiser,0
