Yes I was surprised too, particularly as there is still quite a lot of sale stock left in our local M&S. Think most of the other shops have practically cleared out their winter/Christmas sale items now. If they do go to 90% I agree it will surely be sometime this coming week .... x

I thought it would normally be last week but they seem to have changed the usual pattern so anything is possible, have they any outlet stores they could send left over stock to ?

It's mainly clothes and roll wrap in mine now, not really any Christmas gifts; they're long gone!
Yeah other retailers seem to have shifts there's.now just about, those with anything left should be getting rid this week I would think.
Apart from Debenhams who seem to hang on to there's forever

Last year the 90% was on the first Friday of February so I’d guess it will be the same this year hopefully x

Was in the Reading one today - still no 'final reductions' signs. I think there were about 4 rails of clothes (trousers, tops, dresses, jackets), some scarves and 2 shelves of ankle boots and shoes. Didn't go upstairs so Don't know what homeward is still available.
