    unless you're willing to pay a lot for an independent inspection of the goods, or getting the brand owner or one of their distributors to confirm they are counterfeit then any claims of counterfeit goods can be seen as purely a work of fiction.

    sounds like you knowingly bought a load of counterfeit goods and was hoping to get a freebie that has backfired, I mean seriously, who buys branded goods from the far east expecting them to be genuine?

    I fail to see how the credit card payments / interest are a burden, surely you were going to pay for them anyway, no?

    what card has refused the chargeback as you've named 2 entirely different companies, Vanquis and Aqua / Newday, if both of them have then it would suggest user error.
