  • I have paid £150 to have gutters cleared and some minor repairs. However builder tells me that damage from ivy growing over from next door 's wall has caused the problem. They have ivy growing under their bay window roof which will get worse. The builder had to clear ivy and their gutter too, I have damp in the corner of my living room and bedroom.. He says I shoukd ask the neighbour to pay something towards the cost, I thought about £50?
