Mine is actually my name.
They changed all the online banking access details some time ago - mid 2016 I think and I had to reset everything:(
I use the app for day to day stuff - much easier.0 -
mine is a random username I chose myself so can't help you I'm afraid.0

As Badger said Coop Bank changed their system a few years back - it used to be log in with account number. Now it's a username you will have chosen.
So either you haven't logged in since before the change, or you've forgotten your username - and we can't help with that!0 -
Try this if you dont think you have one? or you havent logged into the web since the changes happened.

If this doesnt work then click here to reset with the details you do have.

IIRC customers logged in using their sort code and account number, entered a PIN, then answered one of five predetermined questions.
All the changed some time ago.
If I were you I'd select the 'I can't remember my username' option to get my username emailed to me.
If that doesn't work, you probably haven't registered under the new system and should try the 'I don't have a username' option.
