Which bank is the worst at blocking cards?

NatWest seems to like blocking cards out of the blue for small, insignificant transactions to legitimate businesses. And they seem to only like telling you by sending you a letter to say your card has been blocked.

Lloyds on the other hand seem to have no problem with cards being cloned and used hundreds of miles apart in a short space of time. At least getting the money back from them is easy.

Witch bank is the worst. They throw you in the village pond and only if you sink does your card work.
