Solution is not to send any. DVLA have a habit of losing entitlements etc on new licenses. Motorcycle riders seem to be particularly prone to receiving a new license and finding DVLA have decided they are no longer allowed to ride a motorbike.
Just tick the box saying that you have lost the old one and trhere is no need to return anything.0 -
15yrs ago just called, and wants its scare stories back.DVLA have a habit of losing entitlements etc on new licenses.
Where entitlements went awol, it was in the conversion from the old paper licence (= paper primary record) to the new photocard (= computer primary record). The OP is already on a photocard. If they check https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence they'll find everything is already recorded.0 -
