problem with 2 bed flat! HELP

Im in the process of buying a 2 bed garden flat - converted
If it's a 2 bed garden flat in a converted building, am I right in presuming that there will be someone living above? If so, then there's potentially a noise issue, which is what could be what's causing people to not want to live there. If you don't complain about the noise, you don't have to declare it as an issue, and can just re-sell the property (I think).
Personally I would run a mile, or at least find out why the other buyers fled! (did you mean 3 potential buyers in 1 year that have dropped out? or 3 owners?!?!). People don't just pull out for no reason. Listen to your gut instinct!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Have a look at a sight like http://www.ourproperty.co.uk/ to see what the selling prices have been & when & if it has actually been bought & sold.
This might give you more of a clue as to what is going on.

Talk to the estate agent and ask directly what the story is with 3 owners in a year.
