Equifax have no record of my accounts

Hi all, hoping one of you lovely lot can point me in the right direction! Ive just checked my credit report with Equifax for the first time, and they have no record of any of my current or previous credit agreements (mobile phone contract, credit card, overdraft etc). Experian on the other hand have all my credit info up to date.
As such, I have poor credit score with Equifax (as as far as they're concerned I have no credit history). Any one know how I can resolve this? Do I need to contact my bank and mobile phone provider and ask them to pass my credit info on to Equifax going forward?
Thanks in advance for all help and apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere! Had a look and couldnt find any info

What are you using to get your Equifax report?
Also ignore the scores.0 -
Hi thanks for your reply yeah I know credit 'scores' dont actually mean anything, its more that they have no record of my credit history.
Im using their online credit report... would ordering my statutory credit report be more accurate do you think?0 -
If none of your lenders reports to Equifax, then it will be empty. You can't ask them to report if they don't.
Have a chat with them directly.0 -
Gotcha - thanks for your help!0
