Smart IPTV app on Samsung TV.

Hi,
Hope someone can help.
I downloaded the IPTV app for my Samsung Smart TV last week.
It’s free for 7 days & then there’s a £5 one off payment to keep it.
This is due in a day or two & I don’t know how to pay this fee. I expected an email notification from Samsung but nothing yet.

This forum is great for advice & information, & I’m hoping someone here will have already gone through the process & advise me what to do.

The Smart IPTV app is nothing to do with Samsung,if you have a playlist (you should have uploaded it to siptv)and are happy with the service you can pay at http://siptv.eu/activation/ with Paypal or Stripe.
You need to enter the MAC of your TV in the space provided then select payment option and activation then takes up to 24 hours,though mine was virtually instant.

Samsung are not going to get involved in potential illegal streaming .

Don't forget a Samsung Smart TV will have 2 MAC addresses, 1 for Ethernet and 1 for Wi-Fi

I am think of changing my tv. I presently have a Samsung tv and have installed the Smart IPTV app. What other manufacturers will this app work on?

At the moment the app can only be installed on Samsung and LG TV's. It is possible on sony TV's and such apps (but not this one), are also available on Philips TV's.
However, please be warned that all new Samsung TV's from 2018 onwards won't carry the app and they plan an 'over the air' update that will remove the app from all tvs.
