Parkingeye ticket refund

Hello everyone,
Was just looking for advice. I received a parking fine in October that was unfair because the machine was broken. I stupidly paid it before it was raised to £100.
I went through the appeal process still, got rejected by Parkingeye, but then got approved by POPLA and had my Parkingeye ticket cancelled.
What are the steps I need to take to go about getting this refunded? I can't seem to find any contact details.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can give

Thanks for the help,
For reference, I just called up a random number for clients and asked for a refund and they are sending a cheque. Easier than I thought!0 -
