Cable for Electric Cooker

Hi all help, I have bought a ESSENTIALS CFSESV17 50 cm Electric Solid Plate Cooker. What size cable does this basic Cooker need? 6 or 10mm ? Thanks all :)

    The manual states:
    • The power supply cable must have these minimum requirements:
    - Type: H05VV-F (PVC insulated and sheathed flexible cable)
    - 3 cores x 4 mm2
    minimum.

    It also states
    The following installation procedure must be carried out by a competent person. If in doubt consult a
    qualified electrician. The electrical installation must comply with the IEE Regulations, Building & local By
    Laws
