Mighty Deals Contact Issues

I ordered a refurbished Ipad 2 from Mighty Deals in December (15th). It arrived on 20 December and i had issues with it charging. I contacted Mighty Deals the same day and I am still waiting for an answer. However after this I noticed that the name of the company who sent this was on the packaging so after a seach I wrote to them. Anyway we agreed on the return and it was returned and when I contacted them today I was told that I needed to contact Mighty Deals about this. I found that they had credited the money back to the account I have with them as Mighty Cash. Given the issues with the company ie they NEVER respond - I can only contact them by post or via the website which says it creates a ticket which NEVER seems to register (I've added about 3 so far) - I really don't want to waste any more money on them - as they have over £100 of my money. Is the best way to get the money back by contacting Barclaycard?? I have full documentation on what has happened. I have no other way to contact them which I find amazing these days that they only have a web form which goes nowhere or a post address. Thanks Elisabeth
