    Kim_13 you are a star. I have just realised I think I put a time limit on one of the DD's, which stopped in Oct 2017 and the other has now stopped so reactivating those should solve it :)

    But if those DDs are all related to Tesco savings:cool: accounts as implied in your OP, that solution will only work until April.

    I don't think spending more time on here is the answer.

    What you need to do is read and understand the T&Cs of accounts when you open them, and read the changes/updates to those T&Cs when you get them.
