Voluntary termination pcp agreement

I have successfully voluntary terminated my pcp agreement but the finance company are insisting I either pay £79 plus Vat to have my car collected from my home address or take the car myself to the local (which is far from local, nearly 200 miles from my home!) car auction.

Have they got the right to demand this??

Do you have the original paperwork that you signed when you first collected the car; this should tell you what should/will/does happen if you: -
a) hand the car back at the normal termination of lease/deal
b) voluntarily terminate the deal

Yes. It is usually your responsibility to return the car when you VT or to pay a collection fee for them to do it. It'll be in the T&Cs you signed.
