Do we have any chance of getting a mortgage?

Wondering if anyone has been successful in getting a mortgage with arranged payments on their credit report? We have 10% deposit, can go up to 15% if needed but would rather use this to do up the house if able.
They are 3 years old but know they will be well and truly stuck on my report for at least 6 years. I don’t have much hope in managing to get a mortgage but wondering if anyone has Managed it in my position! :j

You may need to see a specialist broker and you're likely to be paying a higher interest rate but they're at the point where they're going to have a far lesser effect on your chances if everything else is good.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
