can any1 explain what sdp is pleaseand how it works , my friend just recieved pip standard liv , enh mobility but is going to tribunal for esa , since may he has had to attend jsa signings is it sumthing to do with this and has recieved an sdp form , and is it backdatable this is all new .

SDP can be backdated ( if the clamant qualifies) to when they became eligible, in this case , when the PIP decision was made. It can be added to any means tested benefit except Universal Credit.0
