Iceland in 24 hours?

Have won a trip to Iceland to see the Magic Numbers play!
Flight arrives Sunday afternoon at 2.30pm and we are meeting the rep for the concert at 7pm at the hotel in Reykjavik (hotel is located on the shopping road beginning with L!) Concert is due to finish at 11pm. The flight the next day leaves at 4pm.
I calculate we have about 2-3 hours free time on Sunday and maybe 4-5 hours on Monday.
Can anyone suggest what we can do in this time? I was thinking of just exploring Reykjavik on the Sunday, taking in the highlights?
We would like to see the Blue Lagoon on Monday if we have enough time? maybe on the way back to the airport? Can we store luggage over there and what is the best way to get to the Blue Lagoon and then to the airport?
Also any quick dinner/lunch recommendations? Not looking for any sit down meals, as want to spend our time exploring the area! Where is the famous Hotdog stand?
Sorry for all the questions- I hope someone can help!

Just go on the Golden Circle tour (there's only one main tour company) and you'll see all the highlights. If it works out with your plane, they have packages where you can stop by the Blue Lagoon for a couple of hours on the way to/from the airport. That's a pretty unique site.0
