Has anybody had a rather large envelope through from ACIR Association for international Cancer Research...
says I have one a prize, but don't know what... usual readers digest type of thing...
Says I would like to donate.... then various sums... but conditions state no donation is required, however, if I want the 10k instead of car then I need to donate....
anybody had any dealings?

not heard of it myself but it sounds a bit gimmicky/scammy to me? Probably says in small writing the smaller prizes that you can win and they probably are small prizes!Weight Loss - 102lb0
