Dismantle Argos Wardrobe

Here goes
We order a Massive double wardrobe, Chest draw and beside draw as a group from Argos back in Aug 17.
Now it started to Deteriorate and cover coming off etc
The accepted the faults and offered us a different wardrobe which we picked and on way. They also collection the old one.
They also refunded the price different.
They asked me dismantle the old one and put in packinging. I don't have it so they said wrap it in plastic. This is fine.
But the draw are glued and i said it will break to bits getting the draws flat pack. They said just do you best. I done 2 draws so far and they never gonna be used again. Have to snap the end off.
I'm worried they gonna picked this up when returened and say i damage the goods, what are the chances of this? or if it too late now they accepted the faults anyway.

Do you have the replacement? Do you have the refund of the difference.

Can you do what they ask?

    BTW it's drawer.

Clearly only Argos know the answer to this but I imagine they will claim the cost back from the manufacturer and need to send some/all of the wardrobe back. They can’t possibly sell it on so I wouldn’t worry too much about packing it perfectly, it would be impossible to get it the same as it arrived.

Do you have the refund of the difference. Yes!

Can you do what they ask? Yes but the drawers will be damage as they needed to be glued together. I have to use hammer to take apart.

Well the person on the phone when i explained said just try your best. The drawers are now badly damage as they were glue together as instructions say so. So has to use a hammer to get them apart. Now you can imagine the damage.

I'm hoping that the fact they already accepted the damage without seeing the pictures i hope they don't have a leg to stand on.
