Morning all,
I would be so grateful if anyone can answer this for me? I just made a claim for Universal Credit and I had my first appointment last week and I am on that full service online, anyway, I am just curious that if for some reason Job Centre doesn't feel I done my full claimant commitment which I am going to do my best as I need to get back into work ASAP as I hate this UC, anyway if I get sanctioned, will also my housing element be affected, or just my personal allowance?
Any advice would be great, thank you!

On live service your housing element is still paid with the reasoning that the government cannot be seen to having people evicted . So I would imagine the same will apply on full service0

You'd be better to check that with CAB or your work coach. I can only advise what I'm aware of with live service. You stated you are on full service.0

I am not sure if I am on Full or live to be honest! I am just on online where I got a journal, and to show how much I will get every month. What's the difference by the way with Full and live?0 -
It sounds like you're full service. Live service was only for single people with no mortgages or children so only dealt with straightforward claims, full service will include many more people including people who are working.0
