    You will pay at least £2 for a white plastic double socket at Screwfix and then you need a back box and all the correct cables and a Sign off by a qualified electrician !
    I am amazed that a builder could build a garage without installing power and lighting !
    Greedy builders.
    With the current market I would be negotiating the extra you want included in the price your paying for the property.
