Have been reading through this. What are the rebates on products? Not something I am aware of. I presume the amounts for fruit is you putting aside an amount that believe an individual item of that fruit would cost.

Hi datlex, in Belgium and the Netherlands you can sometimes buy products for which you receice the money back afterwards. You have to fill in a voucher, add the receipt, and send it to the company dealing with the rebate. The money is sent to your account within six weeks.

That's right, for the fruit I went with a blanket price of €0.20 per piece, to save myself the bother of looking up current prices on each piece of fruit. I have shortchanged myself a bit, as current prices seem to be €0.50 per piece of fruit.
