I won on first day and was lucky enough to get reply from them 2 days later for an address for them to post cushion to. Just had email today telling me cushion is out of stock and to pick another one. Not a very well organised comp me thinks! but hopefully i will get cushion of one description or another x

I had a couple of times that said I'd won money off, once 10% and once 20% but did win a towel set on one of the days and got a confirmation email straight away but still waiting for them to ask my address details. I thought they might be working alphabetically as my surname is near the end of the alphabet. They've now put on Facebook that they'll message everyone before the end of January.

anyone else still waiting on their prizes from this comp? i still waiting and they are not replying to me. cant believe they are still snowed under with prize winners.

I am still waiting. I posted on facebook during the week but no response. I emailed the sales team on their website who said they would forward to the right department but I still haven't heard anything. It is disappointing :-(

Me too. I sent them 2 DMs on Facebook this week which haven't been replied to and was intending to post on their page today so it is public. Which post did you post on? I'll do mine on the same one.

Did you take a screenshot of your prize?

I messaged them back in December with the screenshot and they told me someone would be in touch within 28 days.
Did not hear anything so I chased up again on the 23rd of Jan, they responded by messenger within an hour or so asking for my address and I received my towels on the 25 th of Jan

Edit. Just to be clear I used the message facility on the Christy Facebook page

By the way I won a Hygro towel bundle - turned out to be two huge bath towels, very soft and lovely to use

yes i have screenshot, thankfully. have sent two messages on fb facility too but have been ignored. Maybe it is time to go public on fb with this. will have look on facebook page and see where to put comment. Thanks

I took a screen shot of the prize at the time and sent it with my email to their website. I had posted to their facebook page a few days earlier but with no response so thought I'd go directly to their website because I wasn't sure whether their facebook was being monitored of if the new posts are automated in some way.

Have just had a DM on Facebook in response to the two messages I sent them last week thanking me for my patience. The person that responded could see on the system exactly what I'd won and asked for my address details so they could get the prize sent out asap. Hoping that is what will happen but anyone else still waiting I'd recommend sending a Facebook direct message. It has taken 5 days for a reply but the result is what I wanted.
