I've not heard anything but all their responses to comments on their facebook page say they'll be in touch within 28 days and they've just been swamped with winners I think!Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!

I won towels a few days in- maybe day 7 or 8 ish. I saw their Facebook post about being swamped and that they'd be in touch within 28 days so I had in mind that if I hadn't heard by the end of this week I'd maybe post on their Facebook. I did try sending a reply just before Christmas (before I saw the Facebook post) to the email that came through straight after I'd won but the email just bounced back.0

This is clearly not a win if you have to pay. Therefore there will never be a next order now.0 -
I have just had an email with my ‘win’ of 20% off. The sender had sent the email displaying all other recipients email addresses, which I’m very uncomfortable about.
Surely that’s a breach of data protection?
I’ve emailed back asking why they would do this0
