Selling property on Facebook

Looking for advice on selling a proprty on Facebook has anyone done it? how easy is it? and is it worth it?

I'd never look for properties to buy on Facebook - does anyone? Not sure what your market is.
(have just checked and there are absolutely no houses in my area currently listed for sale)0 -

I would change the title to "advertising a house on facebook", rather than selling. And I certainly wouldn't ONLY put it on facebook. You need to get the house on rightmove for the best chance of buying competition and a good price.0

Facebook will dramaticaly reduce your selling costs down to £0.

Facebook pages can be good for advertising and highlighting property in a particular area, but only as additional reach to it being on Rightmove or Zoopla, not as a substitute. FB Marketplace is not big enough yet, and may never be for property.
I'm a member of a group of people who are moving/have moved out of London to other parts of the country and once a week members can post property details and interact with other members looking to move to that area. So you could approach and ask community pages in your property area if you can do that.
But it's the Rightmove link they post then add details to. Think about how people shop for houses, they want one platform where a majority of options can be viewed and compared together to draw up a shortlist to view.
Online estate agents may save you money versus a traditional agent and most packages include listing on the major portals, but do check the exclusions and pay as you go elements in each package option.0
