Personal Data breach on websites

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I have a problem with a website that is refusing to delete my account and/or remove my personal details from their system. They had a data breach about 2 years ago and I only found out about it 2 months ago and wish to delete my account as 1). I no longer use the site and 2). don't feel like my data is safe there. I already spoke to their customer support team and they say no one can delete my account as it is 'not possible'. I've checked over their T&C's and no where does it say that an account is not removable. Please help!:mad:

    LOG INTO THE WEBSITE........

    And change everything you can, may not be able to change email address

    What data do they have that you do not want them to keep?

    T&C's does not state you cannot delete your account, does it say you can though?
